Để khắc phục tình trạng này, Cục Kỹ thuật an toàn và môi trường công nghiệp (Bộ Công Thương) đã chủ động phối hợp với các tổ chức hữu quan đưa ra nhiều giải pháp khắc phục kịp thời.
