(VEN) - Foreign investment in the form of capital contribution and share purchase in Vietnam has increased in recent years. According to experts, it will sharply increase in the coming time as the investment environment is gradually improving.

(VEN) - Based on gross domestic product (GDP) growth in the first half of the year as well as economic forecasts, Vietnam could achieve the 2018 economic growth target of 6.7 percent. However, the country should focus on seven key solutions to achieve higher growth.

(VEN) - While foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first four months of this year was only 76.1 percent of the amount attracted in the same period last year, FDI capital that was already invested increased 6.3 percent compared to the first four months of 2017. Economists say Vietnam remains an important destination for foreign investors but should not attract investment at all costs.

(VEN) - In the first quarter of 2018, Vietnam attracted US$5.8 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) from 76 countries and territories. FDI disbursement reached US$3.88 billion, up 7.2 percent over the same period in 2017.

(VEN) - Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư cho biết, 8 tháng đầu năm 2017, cả nước có 85.357 doanh nghiệp (DN) thành lập mới với tổng số vốn đăng ký là 822.116 tỷ đồng, tăng 16,3% về số DN và 44,8% về số vốn đăng ký so với cùng kỳ năm 2016.

(VEN) - 8 tháng đầu năm 2017, Việt Nam thu hút được 23,36 tỷ USD vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài (FDI), tăng 45,1% so với cùng kỳ năm 2016. Cùng với đó, vốn FDI giải ngân cũng đạt 10,3%, tăng 5,1% so với cùng kỳ năm trước.

(VEN) - Những ngày đầu năm 2017, dù rất bận rộn nhưng Bộ trưởng Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư Nguyễn Chí Dũng vẫn dành thời gian để chia sẻ với báo giới về chặng đường 8 tháng “dẫn dắt” ngành Kế hoạch và Đầu tư cũng như những quan điểm của ông về môi trường đầu tư kinh doanh; Nghị quyết Kế hoạch đầu tư công trung hạn giai đoạn 2016-2020 vừa được Quốc hội thông qua.
